the various responsibilities of Internal Audit function and participate in the Support function within the general guidelines provided by the Director.\n\nLiaise with the Internal Audit director aiming to maintain and enhance the department’s performance and efficiency through complying with the established policies and procedures.\n\nPrepare, plan and monitor the annual audit plan including long range program of engagement coverage for the location to which assigned and ensure its implementation throughout the year within the agreed milestones.\n\nEstablish standard of performance aligned with the international standards and evaluate the actual performance accordingly.\n\nReview projects budgets vs. actual for site control purposes, identify variances reasons and test justification obtained in addition to review evaluation, selection, offers and invoices of subcontractors.\n\nIdentify activities, resources and staff required for each engagement coverage, evaluate their significance and assess the degree of risk inherent in the activity in terms of cost, schedule and quality.\n\nIdentify current and future organizational risks and opportunities through analyzing the audit reports’ outputs serving for company’s improvement.\n\nReview all estimation work (Direct and indirect), bill of quantities and pricing in addition to inspection on projects’ subcontractors regarding their selection, expected performance and all invoices to ensure that it is completed as per the signed agreement.\n\nEvaluate the project progress to record the project percentage of completion and review the project labor pool and compare between different project with similar criteria and volume.\n\nProvide the management with the reports on the engagement coverage and results obtained to interpret those results and improve the engagement program and coverage.\n\nMaintain effective working relation with executive and operating management.\n\nLead the senior internal auditors and internal auditors to ensure that all the activities and tasks are completed within the required dead line and the necessary quality.\n\nPropose different training courses required for the team to improve them on the technical and the interpersonal levels.\n·Handle difficult employee situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual in coordination with the function’s director upon need.\n·Perform periodic performance appraisals for line reports and other staff (in coordination with HR).\n\nPerform other related duties delegated by the Internal Audit & Support
