This role partners closely with business leaders and finance teams to drive insights and optimize financial performance.\n Key Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting forecasting and longterm planning.\nAnalyze financial results compare against budgets/forecasts and provide variance explanations.\nPrepare monthly and quarterly management reports including dashboards KPIs and financial summaries.\nSupport senior management in strategic initiatives through datadriven insights and financial analysis.\nCoordinate with various departments to gather inputs and ensure accurate financial planning.\nAssist in scenario analysis investment appraisals and business case modeling.\nIdentify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.\nEnsure alignment with accounting standards and internal policies.\nSupport preparation for Board meetings and investor presentations.\nContinuously improve FP&A processes tools and systems.\n Qualifications:\nBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.\nProfessional certifications (CPA CMA CFA) are a plus.\nMinimum 25 years of experience in FP&A corporate finance or related roles.\nAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills.\nExperience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is preferred.\nStrong analytical and problemsolving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple
