Assemble and manage the project teams, direct preparation and manage the budget and estimate costs of the projectto ensure the timely and costly completion of construction projects. Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of the project to ensure the timely and costly completion of construction projects.\nAct as the link between the Head Office management and the Site to ensure that the different functions in the Head Office are correctly applied in the project\nConduct periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures in managing the project activities.\nConduct regular meetings with the core function managers to follow up on safety issues, site progress, and quality and cost performance to insure the conformance with project contracts.\nConduct regular site walkthroughs with the site manager to monitor the construction performance with regards to safety, quality and scheduling.\nFollow up with Planning Department for setting the project master schedule.\nResponsible through the Contracts Manager for all monthly payment, claims settlements, invoices, etc.\nMaintain project’s positive cash flow by directing and monitoring all billings, payables and budget control activities.\nManage all correspondences with the client/owner including collecting Company receivables from the client/owner. Ensure project quality and safety measures are implemented to the utmost level following Company strategic objectives according to quality and safety manuals.\nFollow up on procurement and material activities and coordinate with the head office if needed.\nManage all the correspondences with the engineer/consultant within the boundaries of the project contract agreement and, jointly attending periodic progress meetings.\nEnsure proper execution of contracts with the client, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.\nManage all internal administrative related issues in the Company, as well as for the client such as; permit issue, personnel, project social insurance and sales tax.\nProvide final approval for subcontract agreements related to site activities within his authorization according to the company policy.\nManage the project closeout reports including smooth end over with the client ensuring the client’s satisfaction, providing the Company with required feedback regarding any special experience and all changes and resolved matters during the project lifecycle including actual productivity rates for the executed works.\nEnsure that employee is working
