PURPOSETo perform day-to day site work, follow up on all contractor and sub-contractor performance till end of project to ensure the project design applied correctly on time, with safety and quality standards.Roles & ResponsibilitiesStudy zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule. \nSupervise sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in order to tack necessary actions.\nHandle day-to-day site issues, including supervising the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.\nCoordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required. \nPrepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve. \nSupervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site activities.\nReview labors’ productivity rates to ensure that it is within the budget. \nCoordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems. \nCoordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site. \nGather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully
