This includes researching products, equipment, and systems to ensure quality and meet project requirements.\nSpecification Writing: Develop and review detailed OS&E BOQs, including product descriptions, dimensions, while coordinating with the suppliers and Hotels Development Design Team, Projects teams to finalize requirements, identify discrepancies, missing items and scope gaps between drawings, specifications and BOQs.\nVendor Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of OS&E items.\nTendering & Commercial Evaluation: Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier offers. Prepare comparison sheets, recommendation reports, and procurement approvals.
