Weoperatein a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of four (4) days per week onsite, with the optionto work remotely one (1) day per week. With a hybrid schedule, you’llbe able to collaborate in person and build strong relationships with our team.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage end-to-end collections for assigned accounts by contacting international clients via phone and email\nMonitor overdue invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collection\nMaintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements\nCollaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve billing issues and disputes\nAnalyzecustomer payment behaviour and recommend corrective actions when necessary\nPrepare regular reports on collection progress, aging, and risks\nEnsure adherence to company policies, SLA commitments, and compliance standards\nBuild strong customer relationships through professional, clear, and proactive communication\nSupport continuous process improvements to drive efficiency in AR and collections\nWho You Are\nYou’re a relationship-driven communicator with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism.\nIf you have:\nA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field \n3-5 years of experience in collections (Required)\nExperience working with international clients across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions (Required)\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English (Required)\nComfort with nightshift work to support global customers (Required)\nHands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes\nAbility to negotiate, influence, and manage difficult conversations\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nGood understanding of billing, invoicing, and collection tools\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems\nA collaborative mindset, ownership mentality, and resilience under pressure\nLeverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity\nCommitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy\nThen we want to meet you!\nThe Benefits of Working Here\nA career with ORBCOMM offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills and expand your expertise in a collaborative, innovative environment.
