You'll help design and implement KPIs, automate reporting, and integrate operational data into ORBCOMM's organizational Data Lake.\nYour work will help turn business data into action, improve visibility across Customer Delivery, and shape processes that support scalable growth.\nThis role is based out of our Hyderabad, India huband operates within ORBCOMM's hybrid work environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nData Analytics & Reporting\nUtilize enterprise data sources, including ERP, CRM, PLM, and operational systems, to create dashboards and visualizations for leadership and operational teams. \nDevelop, monitor, and refine KPIs supporting Customer Delivery performance, forecast accuracy, and operational execution. \nBuild and automate reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and other analytics tools. \nSupport the integration of operational data and reporting into ORBCOMM's organizational Data Lake. \nOperational Insights & Support\nAnalyze order fulfillment, supply chain performance, and customer delivery metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. \nInvestigate data anomalies, validate system data, and support root-cause analysis. \nTranslate data into actionable insights for Customer Delivery, Planning, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams. \nProvide analytical support for operational planning and decision-making. \nSystems & Data Management\nWork with ERP systems such as SAP and JDE, Salesforce, and PLM platforms to extract, validate, and maintain critical datasets. \nSupport the accuracy of key master data related to customers, products, and delivery commitments. \nPartner with IT, Operations, and Product teams to improve data flows, system configurations, and reporting structures. \nProcess Improvement & Collaboration\nPartner across Customer Delivery, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT to improve reporting, workflows, and operational processes. \nSupport or lead initiatives focused on improving data accuracy, forecasting consistency, and delivery visibility. \nProvide business support for new tool implementations, data migrations, and reporting enhancements. \nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. \nWho You Are\nYou're an analytical problem solver who combines strong technical capabilities with business acumen. If you have:\n3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related role. \nExperience working with enterprise systems including ERP platforms such as SAP or JDE, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and PLM systems. \nAdvanced Excel skills, including data modeling, transformation, and automation. \nExperience building dashboards and analytical workflows using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. \nExperience developing queries, models, and measures using SQL, Power Query, and DAX. \nStrong business acumen and the ability to translate operational questions into analytical solutions. \nStrong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities with exceptional attention to data accuracy. \nLeverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity. \nCommitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy. \nThen we want to meetyou!\nThe Benefits of Working Here\nA career with ORBCOMM offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills and expand your expertise in a collaborative, innovative environment.
