Be part of our shared mission with Orbia to Advance Life Around the World.\nKey Responsibilities:\nClean grinding area and dispose waste.\n\nComplete regrind report tags and identify reprocessed materials.\n\nBreak down empty gaylords.\n\nProcess scrap duct.\n\nCoordinate with extrusion to move materials to grinding.\n\nParticipate in cycle counts.\n\nReport unsafe conditions/broken equipment.\n\nParticipate in training, safety, and continuous improvement.\n\nOther production duties.\n\nOperate pelletizer machine to convert regrind into pellets\n\nOperate Forklift consistently\n\nUnload regrind boxes into pelletizer\n\nStage boxes of pellets\n\nFollows all company-standard and position-specific safety requirements, and reports any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment\n\nFollows and complies with all company policies and procedures\n\nAdditional duties as required\n\nRequirements:\nPrevious manufacturing experience\n\nForklift experience is a plus\n\nMachine Operator experience preferred\n\nAbility to speak, read and write in English, Bi-Lingual is a plus\n\nAbility to recognize colors\n\nBasic math/measurement & reading comprehension skills.\n\n6 months equipment/machine operation in manufacturing.\n\nMeasuring devices/hand tools/sawzall.\n\nAble to follow Work Instructions\n\nMaterial handling equipment/forklifts.\n\nMaintain a clean work area\n\nPhysical requirements:\nmove around obstacles; wear PPE; stand/walk 8-12 hours; lift/move 50 lbs; climb, reach, squat, and bend; temperature/noise exposure.\n\nAbility to move around obstacles and wear required PPE.\n\nAbility to stand and walk for 12 hours.\n\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs.\n\nAbility to climb, reach, squat, and bend.\n\nAbility to work in environments with temperature variation and noise.\n\nPerks of Joining Our Team\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits Starting Day One!!\nStrong 401(k): up to 6% company match, + automatic 3% company contribution\nQuarterly Performance, Referral Bonus, $1500 Sign On Bonus paid out at 90 ($500) and 180 ($1,000) days!!\nGenerous Paid Vacation, Sick Time & Parental Leave!!\nCompany-Paid Insurance Coverage!!\nCareer Growth & Wellness Support!!\nTuition, Fitness, Safety Boots & Safety Glasses Reimbursement!!\nOur Offer:\nThe compensation for this position is typically start at $22.05/Hour.\nNight shift also includes $1.00/hr.
