Be part of our shared mission with Orbia to Advance Life Around the World.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDemonstrate mechanical aptitude with bearings, gears, sprockets, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps and related equipment.\n\nAssist all departments with equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs.\n\nPerform basic facilities maintenance as needed.\n\nUse a voltmeter, welder and hand tools; check and replace fuses, motor starters, relays, pumps, motors and AC/DC components; troubleshoot electrical circuits.\n\nAssist the maintenance crew with rebuilds, shutdowns and installations.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized and safe work area.\n\nFollow all safety rules, policies and procedures.\n\nFabricate equipment and components for production as needed.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or skilled trades education preferred.\n\nBasic math/measurement & reading comprehension skills\n\n2+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to safely use hand tools, power tools and electrical devices.\n\nAbility to read schematics, blueprints, diagrams and sketches.\n\nBasic Microsoft Office skills and experience using maintenance systems.\n\nValid driver’s license may be required.\n\nPhysical requirements include working around obstacles and fork trucks; wearing required PPE; climbing ladders and equipment; working on the plant floor for 8-12 hours; working around hot machinery, weather and noise; and lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50 lbs.\n\nPerks of Joining Our Team\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits Starting Day One!!\nStrong 401(k): up to 6% company match, + automatic 3% company contribution\nQuarterly Performance, Referral Bonus, and/or other rewards if appliable!!\nGenerous Paid PTO, Sick Time & Parental Leave!!\nCompany-Paid Insurance Coverage!!\nCareer Growth & Wellness Support!!\nTuition, Fitness, Safety Boots & Safety Glasses Reimbursement!!\nOur Offer:\nThe compensation for this position is typically start at $24.79/Hour.\nThe actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
