We have embarked on a CEO-led transformation, as part of our journey to become a truly purpose-led, future fit company.\nMain Responsibilities\nPartner with business and IT teams to identify and manage cybersecurity risks across projects and operations.\n\nConduct security reviews for applications, infrastructure, and technology changes.\n\nSupport project risk assessments and drive remediation activities to closure.\n\nLead remediation efforts for penetration testing findings and vulnerability management activities.\n\nConduct third-party security assessments and support vendor risk management processes.\n\nSupport audit and compliance activities, including control validation and evidence collection.\n\nContribute to the development and adoption of security standards and secure-by-design practices.\n\nAssist with cyber incident coordination and crisis response activities.\n\nSupport the rollout and adoption of cybersecurity services and capabilities across the business.\n\nContribute to cybersecurity reporting, governance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nYou will be successful if you have\n3-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, assurance, or related security roles.\n\nExperience conducting security reviews, risk assessments, or application security assessments.\n\nFamiliarity with vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and exception governance.\n\nUnderstanding of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001.\n\nExperience supporting audits, compliance activities, or third-party risk assessments.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong cross-functional collaboration experience, particularly within matrixed or multi-regional teams\n\nFluent English, both written and spoken, is required.\n\nProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, Security+, or similar are preferred.\n\nKey Competencies\nRisk-focused mindset\n\nStrong analytical skills\n\nEffective communicator\n\nCollaborative team player\n\nSelf-driven and results-oriented\n\nAdaptable and proactive\n\nHigh integrity and sound judgment\n\nWhat Orbia Building & Infrastructure offers\nDo you want to make a difference by working with a purpose?
