Обязанности:
- Консультирование клиентов по модельному ряду, комплектациям и условиям приобретения автомобилей
- Проведение презентаций и тест-драйвов
- Полное сопровождение клиента на всех этапах сделки - от первого обращения до выдачи автомобиля
- Выполнение личного плана продаж и дополнительных финансовых показателей
- Продажа дополнительных продуктов и услуг (кредитование, страхование, дополнительное оборудование и др.)
- Работа с клиентской базой в CRM
- Соблюдение стандартов обслуживания и корпоративных регламентов
- Высокие коммуникативные навыки и грамотная речь
- Умение выявлять потребности клиента и эффективно презентовать продукт
- Нацеленность на результат и высокий уровень дохода
- Ответственность, дисциплинированность и инициативность
- Владение ПК и готовность работать в CRM-системе
- Желание обучаться и развиваться в сфере автобизнеса
