We are looking for an experienced Operation Quality Team Leader to lead our quality control activities, manage and develop the QC team, and drive continuous improvement across our multidisciplinary manufacturing environment. The role includes responsibility for quality processes, audits, CAPA, customer complaints, FAI, and close collaboration with Operations, Engineering, R&D and Supply Chain.\nResponsibilites\nLead and manage in-process and final QC inspection activities, including supervision and professional development of QC staff.\nSupport and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.\nResponsible for calibration management of ORBIT equipment.\nManage employee certification processes (internal and external) and develop annual training plans.\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Operations teams.\nReview and approve ECO / MCO / ATP / ATR / production documentation, and waivers related to R&D and Engineering.\nLead customer complaint investigations using structured methodologies (8D, RCCA, etc.).\nPlan and perform internal quality audits.\nSupport and participate in external quality audits and certifications (customers, FAA, CAAI, SII, etc.).\nPerform and approve First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102.\nMonitor failures and ensure effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\nAnalyze quality trends and performance indicators (Quality Yield, KPIs).\nManage RMA processes and perform quarterly quality data analysis for QBRs.\nPrepare Quality Plans (QP) and Quality Improvement Plans (QIP).\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.\nAt least 8 years of experience in quality assurance or operations management.\nProven experience with quality control methodologies and tools.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nExperience in the communications or technology industry is
