The role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is a creative problem solver, and has a strong ability to navigate challenges. Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for this position, as you will be working closely with diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution.\nAs a key member of the Project Management team, you will oversee and drive custom exhibit projects from the moment a sales order is secured, through CAD detailing and production, all the way to final shipping and delivery for the event or show.\nPosition Responsibilities\nLead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from order entry and CAD detailing through final production and delivery.\nAnalyze and interpret client requirements and expectations, communicating directly with clients to confirm needs and deliverables.\nOrganize items using an existing CAD file to finalize the Bill of Materials, layouts, and relevant information for production.\nCollaborate closely with the in-house woodshop, metal shop, graphics team, and setup crew to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.\nDemonstrate exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a strong understanding of the broader scope of each project.\nCommunicate effectively with both internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and transparency at all stages of the project.\nManage order changes and reworks, ensuring adjustments are efficiently handled and in line with project goals and deadlines.\nTrack project progress and maintain accurate records to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.\nProactively identify risks and resolve potential issues before they affect project timelines or quality.\nAdditional Requirements (optional additions)\nProven experience in the tradeshow or custom exhibit industry is preferred.\nFamiliarity with CAD software such as Vectorworks, Solidworks, or AutoCAD is a plus.\n Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nStrong negotiation skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.\n A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality results.\n Ability to manage client relationships professionally and maintain high levels of satisfaction.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Orbus Exhibit & Display Group, we offer a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package based on experience.
