are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to support and drive day-to-day operational activities across customers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, technically oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage daily operational activities, follow-ups, and open actions.\nCoordinate between customers, Operations, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance, and field teams.\nTrack installations, deployments, service activities, and customer requests.\nIdentify blockers, escalate issues, and drive tasks through to completion.\nMaintain accurate documentation, trackers, and operational reports.\nSupport customer communication and technical troubleshooting.\nCoordinate technicians, installers, and external service providers when required.\nImprove operational processes and support cross-functional projects.\nRequirements\n~5 years of proven experience in Operations, Technical Operations, Customer Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.\nStrong ownership, organization, and attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal English.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-moving environment.\nStrong technical orientation and ability to understand hardware, software, and system workflows.\nAbility to read technical documentation, installation guides, and system diagrams.\nStrong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.\nExperience with CRM, ERP, ticketing, or project-management systems.\nAdvantage\nExperience with hardware installations, deployments, field service, or technical operations.\nExperience troubleshooting hardware or connectivity issues.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.\nExperience in maritime, shipping, logistics, industrial technology, or another operationally complex environment.\nExperience working with enterprise customers or international service providers.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nSomeone who combines strong operational ownership with technical
