guidance to the development team.\n\n- Mentor and coach team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.\n\n- Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality and performance.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\n- Develop and customize solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and HTML.\n\n- Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.\n\n- Support deployment, testing, and production issue resolution.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Field Service module).\n\n- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and plugin development.\n\n- Strong JavaScript and front-end development skills.\n\n- Experience with Power Automate Flows & Integration.\n\n- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.\n\n- Experience in Power BI reporting.\n\n- Experience with SSRS Reporting.\n\n- Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile
