The stakeholder is particularly focused on candidates who can demonstrate practical, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and its key concepts during the interview.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and develop custom copilots/agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\n\n- Configure topics, triggers, entities, variables, prompts, adaptive cards, and Generative AI capabilities.\n\n- Build conversational experiences using Generative Answers and enterprise knowledge sources.\n\n- Integrate Copilot Studio with Dataverse, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and Azure services.\n\n- Develop Power Automate flows for backend automation and business processes.\n\n- Implement custom connectors and API integrations.\n\n- Configure authentication, permissions, security roles, and access controls.\n\n- Design Grounding/RAG solutions using enterprise data and approved knowledge sources.\n\n- Implement fallback, escalation, error handling, and human-agent handoff.\n\n- Perform unit/integration testing, UAT support, and production deployments.\n\n- Monitor copilot performance and continuously improve responses and user experience.\n\n- Follow Power Platform ALM, governance, security, and environment-management practices.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and support documentation.\n\n- Collaborate with BAs, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.\n\n- Experience building and configuring custom Copilots/Agents.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse.\n\n- Experience with Generative Answers, Generative AI, Grounding, and RAG.\n\n- Experience integrating REST APIs, Azure services, Dynamics 365, and custom connectors.\n\n- Understanding of authentication, security, permissions, and Power Platform governance.\n\n- Experience with testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with enterprise AI/GenAI implementations.\n\n- Knowledge of Azure AI services.\n\n- Experience with Power Platform ALM and CI/CD.\n\n- Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot Studio certifications are an advantage.\n\nSkills\nPower Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Generative AI, RESTful API, MS Dynamics, MS Dynamics 365, Copilot, RAG, Azure","description_format":"text","description_chars":2637,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Science & Engineering","Engineering Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T16:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":66,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.734,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":13,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["seen:13","velocity","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/orcapod-consulting-services-microsoft-copilot-studiopower-platform-ai-developer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/orcapod-consulting-services-microsoft-copilot-studiopower-platform-ai-developer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T12:26:37Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3824,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1176,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
