experiences.\n\n- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, APIs, and other enterprise applications.\n\n- Develop and consume APIs to support application and workflow integrations.\n\n- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.\n\n- Provide technical consulting and recommendations to business stakeholders and development teams.\n\n- Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards for security, governance, scalability, and performance.\n\n- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing Power Platform applications and workflows.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.\n\nRequired Experience : \n\n- 6+ years of experience in Power Apps development.\n\n- 6+ years of experience in Power Automate Cloud & Desktop flows.\n\n- 4+ years of Power Platform Administration, including DLP Policy Management, Environment Creation, and CoE Kit.\n\n- 3+ years of experience with Dataverse and Power Pages.\n\n- 2+ years of experience with Copilot Studio.\n\n- 2+ years of experience developing Approval Flows.\n\n- 1+ year of SharePoint development experience.\n\n- 2+ years of API development/integration experience.\n\n- 2+ years of software programming experience in any programming language.\n\n- 3+ years of technical consulting experience on Microsoft Power Good understanding of Power Platform security, governance, environments, and deployment practices.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.\n\n- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\n- Experience providing technical leadership, consulting, and guidance to
