Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Lease Accounting implementation and transformation projects.\n\n- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP lease accounting solutions.\n\n- Configure and support lease accounting processes within SAP S/4HANA.\n\n- Ensure lease accounting processes comply with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.\n\n- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\n\n- Design, configure, test, and deploy lease accounting solutions.\n\n- Conduct requirement gathering, process analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation activities.\n\n- Support SIT, UAT, integration testing, and production deployment.\n\n- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements and automation opportunities.\n\n- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution.\n\n- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.\n\n- Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and custom developments.\n\n- Provide post-go-live support and ensure stable operation of lease accounting processes.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 8+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.\n\n- Strong expertise in SAP Lease Accounting.\n\n- Good understanding of end-to-end lease accounting processes.\n\n- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.\n\n- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.\n\n- Knowledge of relevant lease accounting standards and compliance requirements.\n\n- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile : \n\n- Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Lease Accounting projects.\n\n- Strong functional and business-process knowledge in Finance and Accounting.\n\n- Ability to work independently with global stakeholders.\n\n- Strong documentation, communication, and project coordination
