validation methodologies and software/system testing.\n\n- Experience in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.\n\n- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Experience with automation testing tools.\n\n- Knowledge of performance, integration, or API testing.\n\n- Familiarity with regulated environments (Automotive, Medical Devices, Pharma, or Manufacturing) is an added advantage.\n\n- Experience with Jira, ALM, or similar test management tools.\n\n- Understanding of scripting languages (Python,
