Our platform empowers IT and business users alike through intelligent automation, governance, and user-friendly design.\nWe are a remote-first team of smart, kind, low-ego people who take ownership of their work and care about building something that matters. There is plenty of flexibility in how you work, but just as much accountability for what you deliver.\nWe're growing fast and scaling globally, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own meaningful areas of the product end-to-end-from discovery and strategy through launch and iteration. You'll spend time with customers, turn their insights into product opportunities, work closely with Engineering and UX to shape solutions, and help determine what we build next and why. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy, where you'll develop a clear point of view, communicate it, and move things forward.\nAbout the role\nAs a Senior Product Manager at Orchestry, you'll own meaningful areas of the product from discovery through launch and iteration.\nYou'll spend time with customers, understand their problems deeply, turn those insights into product opportunities, work alongside Engineering and UX to shape solutions, and help determine what we build next and why.\nThis is a hands-on role. We're looking for someone who enjoys the actual craft of product management: talking to customers, digging through data, prototyping ideas, defining requirements, working through trade-offs with engineers, and measuring whether what we shipped actually worked.\nYou'll also have significant autonomy. We want someone who develops a point of view, communicates it clearly, and moves things forward.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn product areas end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.\nBuild strong relationships with customers and regularly participate in discovery calls, sales conversations, customer feedback sessions, and post-launch validation.\nIdentify customer problems and opportunities through qualitative research, product data, market trends, competitive research, and input from Sales, Customer Success, and Support.\nTurn ambiguous problems into clear product direction, priorities, bets, requirements, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.\nPartner closely with Engineering and UX throughout discovery and delivery, bringing them into problems early rather than simply handing off requirements.\nDevelop and maintain product roadmaps that connect customer needs with company strategy and measurable business outcomes.\nPrioritize competing opportunities using evidence, product judgment, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic fit.\nWork closely with go-to-market teams so upcoming capabilities are understood, positioned, launched, and supported effectively.\nEstablish success criteria before development and measure adoption, customer value, and business impact after launch.\nChallenge assumptions, including your own, and use customer evidence and data to help the team make better decisions.\nHelp continuously improve how Product operates at Orchestry, including discovery, planning, communication, documentation, and delivery practices.\nUse modern AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, prototyping, analysis, and other parts of the product development lifecycle.\nMentor and collaborate with other product team members as the organization continues to grow.\nQualifications\n6+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated senior-level ownership of complex products or major product areas.\nExperience owning software products or major product areas through the full product lifecycle.\nStrong customer discovery skills and a genuine desire to spend time directly with customers.\nA track record of turning customer and market insights into successful product decisions.\nStrong product judgment and the confidence to form and defend a point of view.\nComfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments without waiting for perfect information.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working closely with software engineers and enough technical fluency to participate meaningfully in architecture, feasibility, API, integration, and implementation discussions.\nStrong analytical skills and experience using both quantitative and qualitative evidence to make product decisions.\nExperience defining product outcomes and measuring whether launches actually achieved them.\nAbility to work across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and leadership without relying on formal authority.\nComfortable in a fast-moving startup or scale-up where roles are broad and priorities can evolve.\nA high degree of ownership. When you see a problem, your instinct is to understand it and help solve it.\nNice to Have's\nExperience with enterprise SaaS, IT administration, security, governance, or platform products.\nExperience building products for technical or administrative users.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem.\nExperience with APIs, integrations, permissions, identity, or enterprise security concepts.\nExperience with AI-enabled products, LLMs, agents, MCP, or AI-assisted product development.\nExperience working with remote and distributed teams.\nExperience mentoring other Product Managers or helping improve a product management practice.\nHow We Work\nWe believe good Product Management starts with understanding the problem, not defending a solution.\nOur PMs are expected to stay close to customers, collaborate deeply with Engineering, bring evidence into decisions, and have strong opinions while remaining willing to change those opinions when the evidence changes.\nWe move quickly, but we're not interested in shipping features simply to say we shipped them. We care about whether the work solves a real problem and creates measurable value.\nYou'll have room to operate here. We expect you to use it.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin your first year, you will have:\nDeveloped a deep understanding of Orchestry's customers, market, product, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.\nTaken clear ownership of meaningful areas of the product.\nBuilt trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.\nHelped turn customer problems into well-validated product investments.\nImproved the quality and consistency of how work moves from discovery into Engineering.\nShipped meaningful capabilities and demonstrated whether they achieved the outcomes we expected.\nBecome someone Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership actively seek out when making product decisions.\nWhy Orchestry?\nWork that matters: Join a growing, remote-first SaaS company solving real problems for organizations navigating the complexity of Microsoft 365.\nReal ownership: Build and scale the revenue operations discipline from the ground up.\nFlexibility with accountability: We trust people to work in the way that works best for them while staying accountable for meaningful outcomes.\nA smart, kind, no-ego team: People show up, work across departments, and care more about getting to the right answer than being the person who had it first.\nCompetitive compensation, equity, and benefits.","description_format":"text","description_chars":7442,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":6,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Equity"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Canada","iso":"CA","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Office & Productivity Software","Team Communication & Collaboration"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-05T00:13:24Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":74,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.824,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":17,"expected_fill_days":39,"reasons":["conf:2","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-10-19T05:45:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/orchestry-senior-product-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/orchestry-senior-product-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-19T11:50:25Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":8451,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-20T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":2307983},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=2307983"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Forchestry-senior-product-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Forchestry-senior-product-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Forchestry-senior-product-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/orchestry-senior-product-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Forchestry-senior-product-manager"}]}
