We are looking for a Listings Business Development Manager to source, pitch, and onboard listed companies across the US, Hong Kong, Korea, and other markets. You will also work with them to bring their communities to trade.\nThis role is designed for professionals from traditional finance who can bring existing relationships with listed companies into the crypto space.\nWhat will you be working on?Identify and prioritize target listed companies, with a focus on small-cap names.\n\nBuild relationships with company leadership, CFOs, IR teams, and their advisors (FAs, ECM bankers, IR firms, market makers).\n\nPitch the value of listing on Orderly: a new liquidity channel, community engagement, and access to crypto-native traders.\n\nDrive the listing process end to end, from first contact to go-live, working with internal product and ops teams.\n\nWork with listed partners on post-listing community activation and trading volume.\n\nTrack pipeline and conversion, and report progress against listing targets regularly.\n\nAbout youAn established network among listed companies (management teams, CFOs, or IR heads), built through roles in ECM, corporate finance, investor relations, corporate broking, or exchange listings.\n\nA track record of bringing companies to a platform or deal, such as IPO mandates, dual listings, ADR programs, or IR client wins.\n\nStrong pitching and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers.\n\nFluent English; native speaker preferred.\n\nSelf-driven and results-oriented, comfortable building an early-stage, unproven business line.\n\nNice to haveListing or BD experience at an exchange, depositary receipts bank, RWA, tokenized equity, or STO platform.\n\nBackground in a boutique investment bank, a small-cap market maker, or a listed-company IR advisory.\n\nNetwork covering the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Korea markets.\n\nBasic understanding of crypto, DEXs, and tokenized assets.\n\nInterested in Learning More?\nOur hiring process begins by meeting with our People Team, who help facilitate the process of placing you in your new role.
