We are ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and chains are not subjected to lofty commissions and giving the restaurant the ownership of their success.\n\n**About The Role\n\n**Commercial Data Analyst\n\nLocation: Copenhagen base\n\nHours: 40hours/ week\n\nSalary: up to 40,000DKK/ month\n\nWe are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Commercial Data Analyst to join us, reporting to our CCO. You’ll turn data from across our commercial teams, covering sales, account management, customer success, B2B marketing, pricing and partner performance, into clear, actionable insight, giving our leaders one trusted view of performance across every OrderYOYO market. Working closely with market leads, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product, you’ll help us understand what drives growth in each market and focus our efforts where they’ll make the biggest difference!\n\n**Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:\n\n**\n\nAnalysing performance across all our commercial activities, including sales, account management, customer success, marketing and partnerships, in every market.\n\nTracking and reporting on key commercial metrics such as new restaurant acquisition, revenue, order volumes, churn, retention and pipeline conversion.\n\nOwning our regular commercial reporting, including weekly, monthly and quarterly performance packs for leadership.\n\nDesigning, building and maintaining dashboards that give a single, trusted view of performance and let teams self-serve their data.\n\nComparing performance between our 11 markets, teams and channels to spot what’s working, where we can improve and where the risks are.\n\nAnalysing the impact of pricing, campaigns and commercial initiatives on performance.\n\nDelivering ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and support commercial decisions, business cases and initiatives.\n\nMaking sure commercial data is accurate and consistent across markets, working with CRM and system owners to close any gaps.\n\nDefining and documenting KPIs so everyone measures performance in the same way.\n\nSupporting forecasting, target setting and planning with Finance, and flagging variances against target early.\n\nYour success will be measured on the accuracy and timeliness of reporting, dashboard adoption, data quality, turnaround on ad hoc requests, forecast accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction.\n\n**What We Are Looking For In You\n\n**\n\nProven experience in a commercial, sales, revenue or business analyst role.\n\nExperience building dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.\n\nAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, and experience working with CRM data (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce).\n\nA strong understanding of commercial metrics such as revenue, pipeline, conversion, churn and retention, ideally within B2B SaaS.\n\nAnalytical and curious: you can turn data into clear, actionable insight and recommendations.\n\nA confident communicator who can present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.\n\nHighly organised, with great attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.\n\nComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\n\nExperience working across multiple markets, or with Python or R, is an advantage.\n\n**Great to Have\n\n**\n\nExperience working across multiple markets or countries.\n\nExperience with Python or R.\n\nExperience working in a high-growth, fast-paced business.\n\nExperience supporting forecasting, target setting or commercial planning alongside Finance.\n\nExperience defining KPIs or improving data governance and processes.\n\n**About The Company Culture\n\n**Who we are at OrderYOYO: Company culture is at the forefront of our minds creating an enjoyable, safe working environment where employee personal expression is supported.
