Spot opportunities and take them from 0 to 1 and beyond: analyze, test, iterate, scale\n\nUnderstand the problem first. Talk to customers, map markets and figure out what deskless businesses actually struggle with\n\nGet to product-market fit in new verticals. Find out which industries need Ordio most, validate quickly and build the go-to-market for them\n\nDrive geographical expansion. Evaluate new markets, size the opportunity and build the playbook for entering them\n\nBuild AI-powered GTM engines.
