We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer to support the improvement and transformation of an existing ETL ecosystem. The role will focus on maintaining and enhancing current ETL processes while contributing to their transition toward a new cloud-based Data Lakehouse architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand the existing ETL architecture and data flows.
• Maintain, improve, and optimize ETL packages primarily developed using SSIS and Python.
• Identify and resolve issues within existing ETL processes before the transition to the new architecture.
• Support the transformation of current ETL processes in line with the requirements of the future Data Lakehouse architecture.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and continuity of daily data integration processes.
• Collaborate with the Data Architect, Business Intelligence team, and relevant stakeholders throughout the transformation.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, proactively identify improvement areas, and drive work through to completion.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional experience in ETL development, data integration, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SSIS and Python.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data flows, and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving existing ETL packages.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), preferably in cloud-based data integration, Data Warehouse, or Data Lakehouse projects
• Ability to contribute to ETL modernization and data architecture transformation projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking initiative and ownership.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to use English when required.
