The tutors possess knowledge in a range of academic subjects. Using that knowledge, they get to enhance the learning of students. That way, students can be successful in their coursework and uncover methods for better study.\nPosition Duties\nProvide one-on-one tutoring to new CAMP students during scheduled tutoring times at approved reserved locations on campus.\nAttend Tutor Meetings throughout the school year to connect with other tutors, share ideas and strategies for best practices, and create a supportive tutoring team.\nParticipate in other duties as assigned, such as presenting to students at the CAMP Orientation course or various educational workshops.\nTutors will guide students in their academic learning.\nTutors will decide how best to teach the students.\nTransferable Skill Development\nOSU is committed to ensuring students are prepared for success after graduation through intentional skill development as student employees.
