Type: Full-time\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDisassemble equipment for maintenance and cleaning following standard procedures\nMonitor powdered ingredients during processing to ensure quality standards and material consistency\nWork in shifts and keep time accurately to ensure efficient production schedules\nAssemble machine components and verify proper calibration before commencing production runs\nMaintain stock records of raw materials and track inventory levels throughout the shift\nKeep detailed task records documenting batch numbers, processing times, and equipment parameters for traceability\nTransfer granulation equipment and materials following safe handling procedures and workplace protocols\nSet up batch sizes and configure granulation equipment according to technical formulas and manufacturing specifications\nPerform blending operations using mixing and milling machines to achieve consistent powder properties\nLift and handle heavy weights safely using proper ergonomic techniques and equipment\nCollaborate with quality control personnel regarding batch status and manufacturing metrics\nAdhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures at all times\nMaintain manufacturing rooms in clean and organized conditions to prevent contamination\nOversee granulation operations and adjust machine parameters to maintain batch consistency\nUse communication techniques to report issues, concerns, and product observations to supervisors and team members\n\nRequirements\n\nInterested candidates should possess an OND, SSCE /
