Summary of Role The Project Management Intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of projects by coordinating activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, facilitating communication, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to help ensure successful project outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Coordination Administration\nCoordinate day-to-day project activities and administrative tasks.\nTrack project timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items.\nFacilitate project meetings, document decisions, and distribute meeting notes.\nCommunicate updates to project stakeholders and team members.\nSupport issue resolution and escalation processes. Project Reporting Governance\nMaintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports.\nAssist with project documentation, governance, and reporting requirements.\nDevelop and organize project materials that support visibility, accountability, and decision-making. Continuous Improvement Best Practices\nContribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.\nSupport the development and adoption of project management best practices across the team.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project execution. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies\nCurrently enrolled in post-secondary education with one year or less from graduation required.\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration.\nStrong communication skills; both verbal and written required.\nProficient with Microsoft Office programs required.\nAbility to prioritize workload and responsibilities effectively.\nAbility to work individually and in a team environment.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nInterest in organic and working with farmers and cooperative business model preferred.
