This strategic role reports directly to the Vice President of Software Development and is responsible for leading the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Organized Living's business systems, reporting platforms, data governanceinitiatives, and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate is a business-minded technology leader who excels at turning data into actionable insights while driving operational efficiency across organization.\nJob Summary\nThe BI Analyst/Developer serves as a key technology and business partner across Organized Living, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Software Development, and Executive Leadership. This role is responsible for maximizing the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, and related business applications while supporting strategic initiatives through business intelligence, analytics, automation, and continuous process improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nIn this role you will:\nServe as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, overseeing system configuration, data integrity, user support, reporting, training, and adoption across the organization.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.\nIntegrate and analyze data from CRM, ERP, financial, sales, marketing, and other business systems to deliver accurate, consistent, and meaningful business intelligence.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to identify reporting requirements, establish key performance metrics, and provide strategic insights that improve business performance.\nLead business process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, improve system utilization, and increase organizational efficiency.\nSupport the design, implementation, and maintenance of workflow automation solutions, system enhancements, integrations, and cross-functional technology initiatives.\nEstablish and maintain data governance practices, data quality standards, documentation, and processes that ensure the accuracy, security, and reliability of company information.\nManage data imports, migrations, transformations, and ongoing database maintenance while ensuring compliance with organizational and reporting requirements.\nMonitor reporting performance and data quality, proactively identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.\nFoster strong collaboration between business and technical teams while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field preferred.\n3+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, business systems administration, CRM management, or related disciplines, including experience leading cross-functional initiatives and business improvement projects.\nExperience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or similar CRM platforms) and developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.\nExperience integrating and analyzing data from multiple business systems, including CRM, ERP, financial, sales, marketing, and operational applications.\nDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, automation, and technology solutions that improve business performance.\nStrong understanding of data governance, data quality management, data modeling, reporting best practices, and system integration concepts.\nExperience leading business process improvement, workflow automation, and technology enablement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations at all levels of the organization.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.\nWhy Join Organized Living?\nCompetitive salary \nProfit-sharing program\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nShort-term disability coverage\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and company holidays\nHybrid work schedule\nCareer growth opportunities within a growing and profitable organization\nIf you have the desire to be a significant contributor to a successful and expanding company, we encourage you to apply online at www.organizedliving.com.\nEqual Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Females/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
