Dan is deze diverse functie misschien wel iets voor jou!\nVerantwoordelijkheden\n Als print coördinator ben jij onze projectbegeleider van artworks (verpakkingscomponentenin digitale vorm) en componentenlijsten op onze productie site in Heist-op-den-Berg. Je volgt alle stappen op om de artworks tijdig en in overeenstemming met de procedures te laten uitvoeren. Hierdoor neem je een belangrijke communicatierol op, zowel intern als extern, tussen klant (regulatory affairs, logistics), artworkcenters, leveranciers en de productie site. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle radars verbonden zijn en we daardoor de vooropgestelde afspraken qua productie en levering kunnen halen.\nAfdeling Productie en Levering Heist-op-den-Berg\n Onze site in Heist-op-den-Berg vormt een van de grote productie- en verpakkingsafdelingenvan Organon. Onze afdeling Manufacturing site streeft ernaar om wereldwijd de meest betrouwbare leverancier van geneesmiddelen te zijn.\nAfdeling Supply Chain Management \n Binnen het het Supply Chain team werk je als Print coördinator nauw samen met de Supply chain planners om er samen voor te zorgen dat de juiste componenten tijdig beschikbaar zijn om onze producten te verpakken. Je coördineert van begin tot het einde de aanmaak en implementatie van nieuwe verpakkingen en zorgt er mee voor dat deze op een tijdige en efficiënte manier tot in verpakking geraken. Hiervoor werkt onze afdeling nauw samen met Regulatory Affairs uit de hele wereld, externe leveranciers tot de interne collega’s van verpakking, finance en aankoop.\nKortom: supply chain vormt een belangrijke en noodzakelijke schakel in het proces van productie tot levering!\nSpecifieke Verantwoordelijkheden\nJe verzorgt de algemene coördinatie van het artworkproces; de correspondentie tijdens de ontwikkeling van het artwork, opstart en voorbereidend werk voor artworkbureau, opvolging, verkrijgen van noodzakelijke goedkeuringen, finalisering.\nJe zorgt voor tijdige implementatie van goedgekeurde artworks in samenspraak met regulatory affairs en site planning\nJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie tussen de productie en klanten zowel intern als extern (logistics, Regulatory affairs, Heist productie site, leveranciers).\nJe stelt en volgt componentenlijsten (BOM) op zowel voor nieuwe presentaties als voor wijzigingen.\nJe bent verantwoordelijk over de artwork templates van alle bedrukte componenten.\nJe volgt GMP richtlijnen op ivm verpakkingsmaterialen en procedures (lokale en globale)\nJe coördineert interne projecten rond standardisatie en harmonisatie. Je neemt deel aan internationale projecten bv. nieuwe productlanceringen en harmonisatie.\nVereiste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden\nJe beschikt over een Bachelor of master-diploma. Bv.
