The role is primarily Digitalfocused, supporting software engineering teams with scalable environments, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, cybersecurity and reliable operational practices for regulated medical device software.\nThe role will also provide infrastructure and engineering support to the Data domain where shared platforms, cloud services, integration pipelines, Azure resources, SAP interfaces, Databricks environments, or high-throughput device and enterprise data flows require robust engineering input. The successful candidate will act as a practical bridge between Digital and Data, while retaining primary accountability for the Digital infrastructure, DevOps and cloud engineering responsibilities.\nThis is a hands-on senior role suited to someone who is comfortable working across cloud infrastructure, software delivery, automation, security, operational support, regulated digital product development and selective data-platform engineering.\nThis is an office based role in Oxford, with flexibility, to ensure stakeholder engagement with Engineering, Quality and other relevant business units.\nListed below are the major responsibilities of the role and a brief description of some of the key tasks to be performed.
