satisfaction.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong sales leadership, market development, and operational management skills, preferably within FMCG, food distribution, or agricultural products.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute district sales plans to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.\n\nIdentify new business opportunities, open new markets, and expand the customer base across the assigned territory.\n\nLead and supervise the entire district sales and distribution team, including sales representatives, drivers, and warehouse personnel.\n\nMonitor daily sales activities, customer visits, collection performance, and individual and team sales targets.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and key accounts.\n\nManage the district's distribution hub operations in coordination with the relevant teams, ensuring efficient order processing, stock availability, loading, delivery, and inventory control.\n\nMonitor stock levels, product movement, and product availability to minimize shortages, slow-moving stock, and operational losses.\n\nAnalyze sales performance and market trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve results.\n\nEnsure effective coordination between sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to maintain timely and accurate customer orders.\n\nMonitor competitors, market prices, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, sales procedures, and operational standards.\n\nPrepare regular sales and operational reports covering targets, achievements, market coverage, inventory, and team performance.\n\nRecruit, coach, and develop team members to improve productivity and achieve business objectives.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.\n\n8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food distribution, agricultural products, or wholesale trading.\n\nProven experience in achieving sales targets and developing new markets.\n\nPrevious experience managing sales teams and distribution operations is highly preferred.\n\nGood understanding of distribution channels, customer management, stock control, and market dynamics.\n\nProven experience in wholesale and distribution sales, with a strong understanding of wholesale markets, traders, and distribution channels.\n\nStrong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple operational functions and lead teams toward measurable results.\n\nGood command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\n\nValid driving license and availability of a personal car are required.\n\nCompensation &
