environmental standards.\n\nCoordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and continuous production.\n\nParticipate in production trials, new product development, and improvement of existing formulations.\n\nMonitor production performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions when required.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, process stability, productivity, and cost reduction.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.\n\n2–5 years of hands-on experience in adhesive production, preferably in Latex, Foam, or PU.\n\nStrong technical knowledge of raw materials, additives, formulations, and adhesive production processes.\n\nGood knowledge of production and quality control principles.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\n\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\n\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing
