suppliers' offers comply with the required technical specifications and tender requirements.\n\nSupport negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.\n\nPrepare tender evaluation reports and submit recommendations for management approval.\n\nMaintain accurate records of tenders, quotations, evaluations, negotiations, and supplier communications.\n\nFollow up on tender status, approvals, purchase orders, and delivery timelines when required.\n\nMonitor market prices and supplier capabilities to support effective sourcing decisions.\n\nEnsure all tendering activities comply with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.\n\nDevelop and maintain a reliable database of qualified suppliers and contractors.\n\nIdentify potential risks, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities throughout the tendering process.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.\n\n1–3 years of experience in Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or a related role.\n\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of tendering, RFQs, quotation analysis, and supplier evaluation.\n\nGood knowledge of technical and commercial comparison processes.\n\nStrong negotiation and supplier management skills.\n\nGood understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.\n\nExcellent command of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.\n\nERP/SAP experience is an advantage.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\n\nGood command of English, written and spoken.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders
