You will primarily be responsible for Danish payroll, and you will also provide support related to international payroll processes in our sales countries, where payroll administration is primarily handled by external payroll providers.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nManaging the payroll process from A to Z, from data collection and validation to payment and reconciliation\nPayroll controls, including validation, quality assurance, and the handling of alerts and reports\nAdministration of new hires, terminations, absences, holiday accounts, reimbursements, and related payroll activities\nHandling severance payments, holiday pay accruals, and other payroll-related accounting entries\nPayroll reconciliations, including three-way reconciliations between the payroll system, finance, and statutory reporting/eIncome, as well as reconciliations of accrued and outstanding payroll-related balances\nPreparing audit documentation and delivering ad hoc reporting\nContributing to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, including ensuring best practices across payroll processes\nYou will report to the Director, Group Finance, while working closely with HR Operations.\nWho are you?\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nExperience with payroll systems (SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors are considered an advantage)\nStrong Excel skills and a solid understanding of systems in general. You are comfortable working analytically with large datasets, identifying patterns and connections in data, and applying a strong technical understanding\nA keen eye for detail and a high degree of data accuracy\nKnowledge of payroll legislation and, ideally, collective agreements for blue collar employees\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally with HR, Finance, and employees across the organization, including responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees\nThe ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities, while also enjoying close collaboration with a colleague on shared tasks\nA proactive and curious approach to processes, along with a desire to contribute to continuous improvements\nThe ability to work in a structured and reliable manner, as our payroll processes require a high level of accuracy and quality\nFluency in Danish and strong English language skills\nWho are we?\nIn Group Finance, you will become part of a dedicated team focused on quality, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
