# Founder's Office, Manufacturing Associate

About Origin Origin (previously 10xConstruction) is building general-purpose autonomous robots for US construction to tackle rising costs, safety risks, and labour shortages. Our modular, multi-trade platform combines purpose-built hardware with real-time site intelligence to navigate complex environments and execute tasks with precision. Trained in high-fidelity simulation and already deployed on live sites, our robots deliver 5x faster execution, 250%+ margin expansion, and significant cost savings. Join India's most talent-dense robotics team consisting of individuals from IITs, Stanford, UCLA, etc. About the role Origin is moving from building robots one at a time to building them in batches. The parts of that system already exist: sourcing, stores, assembly, quality, logistics and deployment. They don't yet run as one machine. This role exists to make them one. You will work directly with the Founder and own the build from release to US site: one build plan, one cost number per robot, and one weekly review everyone works from. You will also run the founder's manufacturing projects that don't yet have a home. This is not a coordination role. You're measured on robots shipped on
