Together we work towards an even healthier future.\nAbout the position\nWe are looking for an experienced Group Controller to strengthen our Group Financial Controlling team. This is a key role in our finance organization, offering the opportunity to work with group reporting, consolidation, IFRS compliance, and the development of finance processes across the Group. You will collaborate closely with both Group Accounting and other finance stakeholders, helping to ensure high-quality reporting and supporting the continuous evolution of our finance function.\nAs a Group Controller, you will:\nTake ownership of monthly closing, group consolidation, and segment reporting together with the Group Accounting team\nContribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting\nPrepare tax-related reconciliations and documentation, including Country-by-Country Reporting, Transfer Pricing documentation, and Pillar Two reporting requirements\nMaintain and further develop the Group's reporting principles and accounting manual\nDrive improvements in group accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes\nSupport internal and external audit processes and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization\n Personal and experience Requirements\nTo succeed in this role, you have:\nAt least 10 years of experience in finance, including group accounting and consolidation\nStrong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field\nExperience working with consolidation systems, such as HFM\nAdvanced Excel skills\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA or simialr is considered an advantage\nFluent communication skills in both Finnish and English, written and spoken\nOther Requirements\nWe are looking for a professional who has:\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nThe ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven reporting environment\nA proactive approach and strong sense of ownership\nA continuous improvement mindset and a genuine interest in developing processes and ways of working\nWe offer you:\nWe offer an opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise with process development in a Nordic business environment.
