This is a permanent position based at Fermion’s Hankomanufacturing site.\nYour role\nFermion continuously invests in the development and modernization of its manufacturing facilities to support pharmaceutical API manufacturing. As a Project Engineer, you will support construction, renovation and facility investment projects at Fermion’s Hanko site.\nYour main responsibilities will include construction site supervision with HVAC systems, preparation and coordination of investment projects, procurement activities, and ensuring safe execution of work on site. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the technical documentation for facility equipment at the Hanko plant. You will work closely with Project Managers and act as a technical interface between Fermion’s internal stakeholders, engineering partners, contractors and equipment suppliers.\nYour work will cover a wide range of building and facility-related projects, including HVAC systems, building system renovations, facility modifications and investment-type maintenance and repair projects. You will participate in the preparation of technical specifications and procurement documentation, coordinate contractors and site activities, and support the planning and execution of project work.\nYou will be part of Fermion’s Technical Operations team, consisting of engineering professionals based at our Hanko and Oulu sites.
