This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with complex business requirements. You will work across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated systems, ensuring best practices, technical excellence, and long-term platform stability. \nWhat You’llBe Doing \nTranslate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs and solution architectures. \nDevelop and review technical specifications, data models, and system integrations. \nApply Salesforce platform knowledge to create secure, scalable, and optimized solutions. \nProvide guidance on Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and system governance. \nDesign and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. \nConduct platform assessments, performance tuning, and optimization. \nStay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements. \nWhat You Bring \n7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an architect-level or senior technical role. \nProven experience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.). \nStrong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. \nExperience with integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi). \nSolid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and compliance requirements. \nSalesforce System Architect and/or Application Architect certifications required; Technical Architect (CTA) certification a plus. \nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, sustainable solutions. \nExcellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and explain technical concepts \nWhy You’llLove Working Here \nWe take care of our people.
