This position supports key initiatives through Business Process implementation / improvement, agile methodologies, and effective stakeholder communication, all within a collaborative hybrid working environment.\nWe are seeking an experienced Process SME (Subject Matter Expert) with a strong background in business process optimization and AI-driven transformation. This individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate existing workflows, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and design future-state operating models that leverage agentic AI solutions while maintaining appropriate human oversight.\nThe ideal candidate will possess a blend of process engineering expertise, systems thinking, and practical experience implementing AI, automation, and agent-based solutions to drive efficiency, scalability, and business value.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssess and evaluate end-to-end business and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.\nAnalyze current-state workflows and identify manual, repetitive, fragmented, or decision-intensive activities suitable for AI and agentic automation.\nDesign and document future-state process models incorporating AI agents, automation capabilities, and human-in-the-loop controls.\nCollaborate with business leaders, operational teams, and technical stakeholders to prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and feasibility.\nConduct process mapping workshops and facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand pain points and transformation opportunities.\nDevelop practical recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for AI adoption.\nDefine governance, decision points, controls, and operational frameworks for AI-enabled processes.\nSupport pilot initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and production deployments of AI-driven solutions.\nMeasure outcomes, track adoption, and continuously optimize processes post-implementation.\nProvide guidance on change management, user adoption, and operationalization of AI solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in process engineering, business process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.\nProven experience evaluating and redesigning business processes for automation and AI enablement.\nStrong understanding of process mapping methodologies and workflow analysis.\nExperience identifying opportunities for AI, intelligent automation, robotics, or agentic solutions.\nExcellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities.\nAbility to convert strategic concepts into actionable implementation plans and measurable outcomes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience implementing AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, RPA, or workflow orchestration platforms.\nKnowledge of business process management (BPM) tools and process mining solutions.\nExperience leading AI transformation initiatives from concept through pilot, deployment, and operationalization.\nFamiliarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.\nCertifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Agile, or related methodologies are preferred.\nDesired Skills\nProcess Engineering\nBusiness Process Reengineering (BPR)\nAI Strategy & Adoption\nAgentic AI Solutions \nOrion is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.\nCandidate Privacy Policy\nOrion Systems Integrators, LLC and its subsidiaries and its affiliates (collectively, “Orion,” “we” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy.
