integration and RF debugging\n\nStrong background in power electronics design and thermal management systems\n\nSpecific experience with thermoelectric cooling (Peltier) design and control\n\nProven ability to design robust, reliable boards for high-volume consumer products\n\nExperience working with overseas suppliers and CMs across the full product lifecycle\n\nExperience mentoring junior engineers and building technical teams\n\nTrack record of conducting comprehensive stress testing (thermal, vibration, drop, EMC)\n\nStrong plus: Firmware development experience (embedded C/C++, RTOS, driver development)\n\nStrong plus: Has owned complete hardware products end-to-end from concept through mass production\n\nPreferred: Experience taking consumer products through FCC/CE
