We’re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented insurance professional with the drive to improve our products. The ideal candidate has the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, but equally capable of taking ownership and delivering independently. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Orion180-including Sales, Claims, and Customer Experience-to ensure products meet company standards.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nWork with internal teams to identify products needing enhancements.\nLead all aspects of desired changes (identifying, planning, and delivery).\nResearch competitor filings to identify future opportunities.\nCreate project timelines and oversee delivery milestones for related initiatives.\nEnsure accurate cross-departmental communication of form changes and implementation timelines.\nMonitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, innovative environment.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in similar work.\nIndustry Experience: 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.\nManagement Experience: 2+ years of experience managing teams and projects. Proven positive leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage performance.\nTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with product life cycles.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with form automation tools a plus.\nCommunication Skills: Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively-both written and verbally-across all levels of the organization.\nEntrepreneurial Drive: Proven ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and demanding environment.\nStrategic Thinking: Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to develop strategies informed by research, data, and industry trends.\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:\n\nJoin Our Team & Make an Impact!
