You will be trusted to lead end-to-end, make decisions based on data, and drive outcomes that directly impact growth and profitability. You will:\nOwn the full rate and product lifecycle across assigned states-from strategy through regulatory approval, if needed, to market impact\nLead pricing strategy aligned with profitability goals, competitive positioning, and long-term enterprise growth\nServe as a subject matter expert for your portfolio, influencing enterprise decisions and acting as a trusted voice with leadership\nDrive complex product initiatives that improve underwriting outcomes, quoting experience, and policy issuance efficiency\nUse data to win - leveraging internal analytics, competitive insights, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the market\nBuild and execute a product roadmap that balances speed, rigor, and business impact\nPartner deeply across the organization (actuarial, underwriting, claims, data science, technology) to deliver scalable, integrated solutions\nIdentify and unlock strategic opportunities across automation, data optimization, customer insights, and distribution expansion\nMentor and elevate the team, helping develop the next generation of product leaders\nContinuously improve portfolio performance, driving measurable results in growth, loss ratio, and operational efficiency\nThis role will own one of our most important and visible states, making it a key driver of company performance and strategy.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:\nWe’re looking for someone who wants more than execution - someone who wants ownership, influence, and impact.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, actuarial science, insurance, or equivalent experience\nExperience:\n8-12+ years of P&C insurance experience in product management, pricing, actuarial, or similar roles\nDeep understanding of ratemaking, regulatory environments, and product lifecycle management\nProven ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end in a fast-moving environment\nStrong strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions\nDemonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority\nTrack record of delivering measurable business outcomes\nAdvanced Excel and strong analytical toolkit\nExperience with data platforms or analytics tools is a plus\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience mentoring or leading others, with the potential and desire to step into people leadership\nAbility to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership\nExceptional communication skills-able to articulate strategy and drive alignment at all levels\nWHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT\nThis is not a maintenance role.
