We work with a wide range of clients across many industries including financial services, professional services, telecommunications and media, consumer products, automotive, industrial automation, professional sports and entertainment, life sciences, ecommerce, and education.\nTalent Acquisition Specialist\nLocation: Mexico City, Mexico\nWork Model: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in the office\nPosition Overview\nWe are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to organizational growth through effective, data-driven, and AI-enabled recruitment strategies.\nThe ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with proven expertise managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to identify and attract top talent.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.\n\nDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent across multiple channels.\n\nLeverage AI-driven recruitment tools and technologies to optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.\n\nConduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate experience, skills, and alignment with position requirements.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment activity within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).\n\nMonitor recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and overall recruitment efficiency.\n\nStay up to date with emerging recruitment technologies, AI applications, sourcing techniques, and Talent Acquisition trends.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nMore than 3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.\n\nProven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.\n\nStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies, and candidate assessment techniques.\n\nHands-on experience with AI-driven recruitment tools, platforms, or technologies.\n\nExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting for technical, corporate, or specialized positions.\n\nExperience working directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.\n\nKnowledge of recruitment analytics and performance metrics.\n\nExperience implementing AI, automation, or other technology-driven solutions within recruitment.\n\nAdvanced English proficiency is a plus.\n\nWork Model\nHybrid work model based in Mexico City (CDMX).\n\n2 to 3 days per week working from the office.\n\nRemaining days working remotely.\n\nOrion is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.\nCandidate Privacy Policy\nOrion Systems Integrators, LLC and its subsidiaries and its affiliates (collectively, “Orion,” “we” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy.
