office\nEmployment Type: Full-time\nAvailability: Immediate\nEnglish Level: Intermediate to Advanced\nPosition Overview\nWe are looking for a Senior Release Manager with 10+ years of experience in Release Management and Change Management to lead and coordinate the end-to-end application release process across multiple technical and business teams.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that releases are properly planned, coordinated, and successfully deployed into production, while managing dependencies, risks, readiness, and post-production activities.\nThis role will work closely with Application Development, IT, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, Deployment Management, and Business Partners, supporting multiple applications and releases simultaneously.\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced Release Management professional who can operate at an enterprise level, take ownership of activities, identify risks and process gaps, and work effectively with senior management and technology stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle, from planning through production deployment and post-production activities.\n\nDefine and coordinate release scope, priorities, timelines, and dependencies.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed release calendars and release plans.\n\nCoordinate multiple releases across different applications, teams, and technology areas.\n\nWork closely with Application Development, IT, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, Deployment Management, and Business Partners.\n\nCoordinate release readiness activities and ensure all required teams and stakeholders are prepared for deployment.\n\nCoordinate the promotion of code across environments and ensure deployment activities are properly aligned.\n\nLead and coordinate Go-Live activities, ensuring all requirements and approvals are completed.\n\nMonitor releases through production and coordinate post-production follow-up and closure.\n\nManage integrated releases, BAU releases, monthly releases, re-platforming initiatives, and other enterprise-level deployments.\n\nIdentify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and potential impacts associated with releases.\n\nDevelop mitigation plans and action plans when risks or issues are identified.\n\nEnsure changes follow the organization's Enterprise Change Management (ECM) processes.\n\nCoordinate change activities with technical and business stakeholders through completion and closure.\n\nManage multiple applications and releases simultaneously, including activities involving Domain and Technology Executives.\n\nProvide visibility and status updates to management and senior stakeholders.\n\nTake ownership of release activities and proactively drive issues and dependencies toward resolution.\n\nIdentify process gaps and opportunities for Operational Excellence.\n\nRecommend improvements to release and change management processes to reduce time, cost, and operational risk.\n\nPrepare and maintain accurate release documentation and process improvements.\n\nShare knowledge and best practices with the team and provide mentoring to less experienced team members.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of professional experience in Release Management, Release Operations, Change Management, or closely related roles.\n\nStrong hands-on experience as a Release Manager.\n\nSolid experience managing the complete release lifecycle, from planning through production and post-production.\n\nStrong knowledge of Change Management principles, processes, and best practices.\n\nExperience with Enterprise Change Management (ECM) processes.\n\nProven experience coordinating multiple applications, releases, teams, and dependencies simultaneously.\n\nExperience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.\n\nStrong understanding of software deployment and production release processes.\n\nExperience with risk and impact assessment, mitigation plans, action plans, and change coordination.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively with senior management and technology leadership.\n\nIntermediate to Advanced English proficiency.\n\nAvailability to work in a hybrid model, attending the office 2-3 days per week.\n\nImmediate availability is preferred.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.\n\nExperience working with multiple technology domains and applications.\n\nExperience with integrated, BAU, monthly, and re-platforming releases.\n\nExperience driving process improvements and Operational Excellence initiatives.\n\nExperience identifying opportunities to improve efficiency,
