This intermediate-level contractor will support and coordinate change management activities for the Bothell site, translating program plans into practical local communications, engagement, readiness, and adoption actions. Pharma or life sciences but change management at large corporation or complex project such as serialization or SAP\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport execution of the Bothell site change approach in alignment with CHIP priorities and deployment timing.\nIdentify and document local impacts across roles, processes, shifts, and stakeholder groups.\nEngage site stakeholders and end users through interviews, working sessions, floor engagement, and other listening activities.\nAdapt program communications, training, and readiness materials for the Bothell operating environment.\nCoordinate leadership updates, FAQs, office hours, change champion activities, and local reinforcement materials.\nTrack readiness, engagement, adoption indicators, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues through appropriate channels.\nCoordinate with program workstreams on release schedules, process changes, training needs, go-live, and hypercare.\nMaintain concise change deliverables and organized site resources in approved collaboration channels.\nEducational Qualification: Bachelor's degree required.\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of experience supporting organizational change, communications, adoption, business transformation, or technology change.\nExperience with stakeholder engagement, change impacts, readiness, communications planning, and post-deployment support.\nAbility to translate enterprise plans and complex information into clear, practical site-level actions.\nStrong facilitation, relationship-building, written, verbal, visual communication, and project coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work through evolving timelines and dependencies, and identify and escalate risks.\nAbility to work primarily on-site in Bothell, with flexibility for virtual program meetings.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or another regulated life sciences environment.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, quality, laboratory, supply chain, frontline, or shift-based teams.\nExperience with enterprise applications, digital transformation, or multi-release technology programs.\nFamiliarity with a formal change management methodology; bachelor’s degree and change certification are a plus.\nSuccess Measures:\nStakeholders understand what is changing and what is expected; site leadership has visibility into readiness and adoption risks; local communications, training, and engagement are practical and aligned with the CHIP program; and end-user feedback is captured and used to reinforce adoption.\nOrion is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.\nCandidate Privacy Policy\nOrion Systems Integrators, LLC and its subsidiaries and its affiliates (collectively, “Orion,” “we” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy.
