As a Technical Integration Consultant, you will work in close collaboration with the implementation team lead to translate our clients' complex business needs into solid, standardized, and high-performing configurations.\nYour missions :\nConfigure and customize the platform : adapt and configure our WMS platform (\"WarpSpeed\" / Core WMS) to meet our clients' specific workflows and operational requirements.\n\nTranslate and analyze needs : analyze functional client requirements and translate them into clear, solid technical specifications.\n\nCollaborate with project teams : work hand-in-hand with implementation project managers, software engineers, and end clients to ensure deployment success and smooth handoffs.\n\nOrganize and standardize configurations : structure, document, and continuously improve our configuration standards, deployment templates, and technical documentation in English or Dutch.\n\nEnsure Go-live and post-implementation support : support operational launches, deliver user training, and help resolve complex technical incidents during and after implementation.\n\nAt Orisha, AI is a daily ally : we encourage and train every employee to use Gemini to boost their creativity and productivity.\nWho are you ?\nYou have an HBO/WO working and thinking level with an IT / technical profile and a solid background in ERP systems and logistics.\n\nYou have at least 3 years of experience in the implementation, integration, or functional and technical consulting of ERP or logistics solutions (WMS experience is a nice-to-have, as we will provide on-the-job training).\n\nA background in a supply chain or 3PL environment is a highly appreciated asset.\n\nYou must have a strong mastery of SQL (solid foundations are mandatory for this role) and a strong appetite for scripting, APIs, or \"low-code\" configuration.\n\nExperience with EDI or specific ERP integrations (such as SAP, Exact Globe) is a plus.\n\nYou demonstrate a structured, analytical mind and a pragmatic, proactive, \"hands-on\" attitude.
