Whether you’re helping us innovate new products, deliver seamless customer experiences, or enhance our sustainability efforts, you’ll be part of a supportive culture that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and personal development.\n Logistics and Operations Team\nThe Logistics and Operations Team is solely responsible for ensuring the consistent distribution of goods as well as managing inventory at 3rd Party Logistics partners for the Healthspan across all product brands.\nAs many of the elements of the logistics are directly managed by Healthspan (including packaging components) across UK and international territories this is a fast-paced department which requires attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.\nProfile of the role\nThe main purpose of the role is focussed on the administrative part of the department. All stock related administrative duties as order replenishment planning, raising, releasing and monitoring distribution related transactions will be the administrator’s responsibility.\nThe Operations and Logistics strategy plays a fundamental role in the success of our business ensuring a first-class distribution service is provided to our customers.\nKey Tasks and responsibilities\nGeneral administrative office duties;\nLiaising with existing transport / freight forwarding companies to ensure the smooth flow of goods;\nRaising purchase orders and transfer orders for bulk product and packaging materials, arranging movements between suppliers, 3PL distribution centres, stores and end-customers;\nSupporting systems set-up for new products/product changes in the internal computer systems;\nMaintaining stock related communications within the company and across its systems;\nStock levels maintenance and providing internal stock information;\nOrder replenishment planning for future orders and transport arrangements;\nLiaising internally and externally with teams and business partners on stock and distribution related issues;\nPlanning shipments based on product availability and customer requests;\nTracking orders to ensure timely deliveries;\nPreparing shipping documents (e.g. invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading, ect.);\nCoordinating our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery;\nOverseeing the levels of our warehouse stock and placing orders as needed;\nProviding information to internal departments and customers about the status of their orders;\nResponsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports;\nUpdating relevant data and analysis to the operations team throughout the supply chain;\nIdentifying opportunities to increase and improve services to new and existing customers;\nTaking responsibility for own personal development and updating knowledge and skills as necessary to perform the role at an effective level;\n The individual\nEssential Criteria\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus;\nLogistics experience within a third-party logistics (3PL) or production operations;\nAccurate, with attention to detail;\nOrganisational skills;\nConfidence in internal and external communication (both spoken and\nwritten);\nEasy to adopt, willingness to learn new skills;\nAbility to work in a team;\nGood computer skills, Microsoft Office packages, with good Excel knowledge. Previous experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) desired but not essential;\nShowing initiative approach;\nBeing able to solve problems;\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills;\nPresentable, polite and demonstrate excellent customer service skills;\nKey Relationships.\nReporting to Operations Director;\nInteract and support Procurement and Customer Service Teams as well as other departments when required;\nWork closely with brand teams, finance department, etc.;\nMaintain external relationships with all relevant suppliers and business partners;\nEducation:\nGCSE or equivalent (preferred)\nExperience:\nLogistics: 1 year (required)\nAdministrative experience: 1 year (required)\nLanguage:\nEnglish (required)\nLicence/Certification:\nDriving Licence (preferred)\nJob Type\n2 x Full-time FTC, 1 year (maternity cover)\nBenefits:\nDiscretionary annual bonus performance related.\nStaff Discount on all product range.\nRenumeration:\nCompetitive salary\n28 Days annual leave excluding Bank Holidays.\nPlace of Work:\nThis role is primarily home-based/remote.
