While Workday experience is considered a strong asset, we are equally interested in candidates who have led large-scale HRIS, ERP(HR and Payroll), HCM, or similar technology implementations and can bring proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery expertise.\nReporting to the Manager, Project Management Office, this role will lead the successful delivery of the Workday program, partnering with leaders, subject matter experts, technology teams, and implementation partners to bring the organization's vision to life.\nKey Accountabilities:\nLead the successful implementation of Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives.\nManage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, governance, execution, testing, deployment, stabilization, and optimization.\nDevelop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.\nPartner with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nLead business process review and redesign activities to improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience.\nOversee solution design, data migration, integrations, testing, reporting, and analytics activities.\nEstablish effective governance, security, and change control processes.\nLead organizational change management, communication, training, and adoption activities.\nProvide regular updates and recommendations to project sponsors, governance committees, and senior leaders.\nIdentify opportunities to maximize business value and continuous improvement following implementation.\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum seven (7) years of experience leading complex enterprise-wide technology, digital transformation, HRIS, ERP, HCM, or business transformation initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience leading at least one end-to-end enterprise technology implementation through planning, deployment, go-live, and stabilization. Workday implementation experience is considered a strong asset.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) designation required or strongly preferred.\nExperience leading large-scale organizational change and business process transformation initiatives.\nStrong understanding of enterprise technology implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and leading practices.\nProven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder, vendor, and implementation partner relationships.\nExperience overseeing data migration, systems integration, reporting, analytics, and governance activities.\nExceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience within a unionized, healthcare, public sector, or broader public sector environment is considered an asset.\nChange Management certification (e.g. Prosci) is considered an asset.\nTotal Rewards:\n24/7 Employee and Family Assistance Program.\nPremium Defined Benefits(Health and Dental).\nPension Plan(OptionalEnrollment).\nPERKS!
