We're a lean team in New York, backed by leading venture and strategic investors.\nAbout the Role\nYou’ll design the products buyers and sellers use to discover, price, trade, and manage compute.\nThe work spans both market-facing and infrastructure-heavy workflows: listings and search, pricing and quotes, reservations and contracts, delivery tracking, portfolio management, and the systems behind the capacity itself.\nYou will sit with the people who run the market, learn how compute actually gets priced and delivered, decide what the product should be, and then build the design foundation the rest of the company works from. You will partner directly with engineering, product, and the markets team, and your work will be the surface customers judge Ornn by.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesigning intuitive experiences for complex compute and market workflows\nSimplifying technical systems and concepts into clear, usable products\nShaping how users discover, buy, sell, price, and transact compute\nMaking complex data and market information easy to understand\nDesigning for a wide range of users, from technical operators to less specialized customers\nBuilding interaction patterns and design systems that can scale with the product\nTurning ambiguous problems into clear product direction through customer insight, iteration, and close collaboration with the team\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequirements\n2 or more years of working experience and have owned meaningful product areas independently.\nYou deeply care about the needs of customers, and implications/the experience of your designs. \nYou have strong opinions but can still kill them, \nYou have strong visual taste and care about creating visually appealing interfaces\nComfort working close to engineering, whether you prototype in code yourself or collaborate tightly enough that handoff is seamless. \nYou enjoy turning ambiguous, conceptual problems into clear mental models and intuitive flows that help users understand the product quickly.\nGenuine curiosity about the compute market. You do not need to know it yet, but you need to want to learn it.\nWillingness to work in person in New York.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience in developer tools, infrastructure products, fintech, trading, marketplaces, or data-heavy software\nEnterprise products that still feel exceptionally well-designed\nDesigning workflows with complex states and permissions\nData visualization\nBuilding or evolving a design system\nFrontend development or working directly in code\nFamiliarity with GPU infrastructure, cloud or neocloud markets, commodities, energy, or market microstructure.\nExperience at a company that grew quickly while you were there\nWhy This Role Matters\nThe compute market is early enough that no one has settled how it should be traded, and the interface is a large part of that answer.
