You’ll play a key role in supporting the development, testing, and real-world deployment of our drone systems.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nDrone Assembly and Configuration\nAssemble, build, and customize Orqa drones\n\nConfigure flight controller firmware (Betaflight, iNav, ArduPilot, PX4)\n\nFine-tune drone components including ESCs, motors, propellers, and cameras\n\nDrone Testing\nTest drones, systems, and components in real-world and adverse conditions\n\nEvaluate performance and identify areas for improvement\n\nSoftware Management\nTroubleshoot firmware and software-related issues across drone platforms\n\nMaintain and manage flight logs and configurations\n\nDrone Repair and Maintenance\nDiagnose and repair malfunctioning components\n\nRepair damaged drones and replace parts\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT:\n2+ years of experience assembling and piloting FPV drones (long-range experience is a plus)\n\nSolid understanding of electronics and RF systems\n\nSoldering skills are required\n\nProficiency in Betaflight configuration\n\nExperience with INAV, ArduPilot, or PX4 is a plus\n\nWillingness to travel for demos and field testing\n\nWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE:\nOur office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
